Public Speaking Course for Councillors: Stage II 24th October 2014 9.30am - 5.00pm Following feedback from Stage I of the public speaking course, the CCA and the Roe Project have arranged a Stage II programme to be held at CCHQ, London. The advanced programme will focus on interviews with the media; debating and public meetings; speech preparation, and chairmanship. Similar to Stage I there will be practical sessions throughout the day allowing you to put into practice what you have learnt.
